1907 Gym Finish

Hillyard 1907 Gym Finish is an oil-modified urethane in a waterborne formulation that provides the durability and depth of gloss of a traditional oil-based finish with the clarity of a water-based finish. In addition, this chemistry has a very low VOC level (under 190 grams per liter) and very low odor, both making it easy to apply with minimal impact on workers and building occupants. Hillyard 1907 Gym Finish can be recoated in 2 to 4 hours without abrasion between coats, allowing for multiple coats in a single day. Once the final coat is applied, the floor can be opened to foot traffic in 24 hours and put back in full use in 72 hours under normal conditions. Hillyard 1907 Gym Finish comes conveniently packaged in 2.5 gallon containers with a coverage rate of 500-550 square feet per gallon.

350 Gym Finish is a high-quality, solvent-based, urethane finish formulated to meet the strict VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) requirements which have been established in many parts of the country.
