Explorer

Explorer® is a high solids, acrylic copolymer floor polish formulated to provide a clear, wet-looking, protective shine on your floors. Its advanced formula is perfect for resilient tile, terrazzo, unglazed ceramic, quarry tile, paver brick, natural stone or concrete flooring.Explorer provides a tough approach to beautiful floors. It resists black heel marks, scratching, and scuffing. It's tough enough and dries fast enough for use in main lobbies, entrances, and major traffic corridors. Explorer has outstanding detergent resistance. If your maintenance program calls for repeated floor scrubbings, Explorer will maintain a beautiful gloss. And if your program calls for gloss restoration, Explorer's shine and depth of gloss will increase with spray buffing, high speed buffing, or ultra-high speed burnishing.

Devastator

Devastator is the fastest acting stripper ever developed by Hillyard. It goes to work quickly to remove the toughest wax and polish buildups. Devastator even removes polish coats that have been repeatedly burnished and hardened with ultra-high speed floor machines. With Devastator, you get immediate results. Unlike conventional strippers that can require multiple applications, Devastator does the job the first time. This saves not only time but also money by reducing labor costs. Simply mop on, allow it to dissolve the polish buildup for three to five minutes, then agitate the dissolved finishes lightly with a mop, and finally wet vacuum away. Use Hillyard Nutra-Rinse to rinse and neutralize freshly stripped floors. If desired, Devastator may be used with a floor machine for extremely heavy polish buildups.

North Star

North Star® was formulated with durability in mind. It stands up to heavy traffic, dirt, scuffs, and black heel marks. It was built to take advantage of the heat and friction generated by repeated burnishing with ultra-high speed equipment. Burnishing only makes it look better. North Star’s® advance durability also helps it stand up to repeated scrubbing with water and detergents better than ordinary polishes. North Star® was also formulated with beauty in mind. It dries to a deep, clear gloss, and, thanks to its outstanding durability, retains its gloss even in heavy traffic areas. Its high solids formula can also save you labor by requiring fewer base coats. It can be burnished to a quick shine with an ultra-high speed burnisher, spray buffed with Hil-Glo®, or economically restored to a wet-look shine with Hillyard Restorer. Its clear-drying formula will not discolor or darken your floors which greatly reduces the need for stripping.

Nutra Rinse

Nutra-Rinse® is a high quality neutralizer and conditioner formulated to help eliminate alkaline residues on floors. Its special chelating action ties up the insoluble alkaline salts left behind by alkaline strippers that can cause floor finishes to powder or wear poorly. Nutra-Rinse allows stripper residue to be quickly and easily removed. Its labor-saving formula eliminates multiple rinsing steps. On most floors, a flood rinse (using Nutra-Rinse at 4 oz. per gallon), followed by a damp mop rinse, is all that's required. Nutra-Rinse works equally well at neutralizing the alkaline residue left behind from ice melt compounds (calcium chloride). Simply damp mop with a dilution of Nutra-Rinse or dilute in an auto scrubber to dissolve ice melt residues on hard floor surfaces and resilient tile. You can also use it to dissolve residues tracked onto carpet! Simply dilute and spray as a pretreatment or use in your carpet extractor.
